§ 01 — OUR MISSION

NO COST. NO BARRIERS. JUST HEALTHY PETS.

Oregon Outback Humane Society exists to solve the pet overpopulation crisis at the source. We provide low-cost and no-cost spay and neuter clinics for families facing financial hardship. By removing the cost barrier, we ensure every pet in our community gets the care they need to live a long, healthy life, preventing thousands of unwanted litters every year.

Beyond family pets, we are dedicated to managing feral cat colonies across the Oregon Outback. Through our trap-neuter-return programs, we stabilize populations humanely and effectively. Our work is rooted in the belief that every animal deserves a chance, and every community deserves a sustainable solution to animal welfare.

“Compassion is not a luxury. It is a community responsibility we uphold every single day.”

We are a non-profit driven by local volunteers and veterinary professionals who care deeply about the Oregon Outback. Every dollar donated goes directly to medical supplies, clinic operations, and the outreach programs that keep our community pets safe and healthy.
